How do I use these Last Will templates?

The kit provides four types of Will for you to choose from, as we understand that every person’s circumstances are different. Is this Last Will and Testament DIY kit suitable for me?

There are circumstances in which one is not legally capable of completing a valid Will. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should not complete your Will without obtaining independent legal advice:

 

  • If you are under the age of 18 years.
  • Should you suffer from a mental illness or be mentally unsound.
  • If you are not permanently resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
